Experience Kundalini Yoga With Natalia Rojas

Kundalini Yoga, like all yoga practices, aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit. However, what sets Kundalini apart is its strong focus on breathing exercises and repetitive movements rather than solely on stretching and flexibility. This form of yoga is adaptable to all levels, allowing each individual to modify the exercises based on their needs and abilities.

A typical Kundalini Yoga session consists of three main parts:

  • Physical exercises to prepare the body
  • Deep relaxation
  • Meditation to encourage inner peace

Unlike other yoga styles, Kundalini does not have beginner or expert levels; all participants practice at their own pace, making it inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Benefits of Kundalini Yoga

The regular practice of Kundalini Yoga, through its combination of movement, breath, sound, and meditation, promotes balance and well-being by:

  • Strengthening the nervous system
  • Balancing the glandular system
  • Purifying the body
  • Calming the mind

Chronic stress is a major cause of physical and mental illness. By practicing Kundalini Yoga, individuals can restore balance to their nervous system, allowing key bodily functions such as digestion, healing, and relaxation to work efficiently. With these benefits, practitioners cultivate a calm mind, a compassionate heart, and a heightened awareness of both personal and external beauty.

Natalia’s Journey with Kundalini Yoga

Fifteen years ago, Natalia discovered Kundalini Yoga during a stressful period in her life. A friend introduced her to the practice, and after attending her first class, she was immediately drawn to its unique elements—especially the use of mantras. The chanting aspect resonated deeply with her, helping her relieve stress and find peace. Eventually, she decided to change her lifestyle, leaving her previous job to train as a Kundalini Yoga instructor.

Teaching in Georgia

Natalia has had the enriching experience of teaching Kundalini Yoga in Georgia across different age groups and settings, including festivals and training sessions. One of the most rewarding aspects of her teaching has been witnessing the deep connection Georgians form with the practice, particularly through the power of mantra chanting, given their strong musical heritage.
