Through the Georgian Association of Women in Business (GAWB), IWA supported the resocialization of homeless former women prisoners and probationers, providing them with educational programs and employment opportunities.
In the framework of the project, 12 women staying at the shelter run by GAWB underwent professional training – handicrafts, sewing, basic business education, job seeking methods – to improve their professional skills and chances to be employed.
